Restaurants, shops and banks are within walking distance. For local trips Uber is rarely more than three minutes away, safe (tracked online) and affordable.

	The apartment is equipped with fridge, microwave, kettle, dishes, crockery and cutlery. Kindly note that the stove and oven are not available to use for security reasons.
	The unit is self-catering. Unfortunatley we do not serve breakfast or other meals. But Uber Eats is available and the Hatfield Plaza Mall with supermarket (Pick'n'Pay) and restaurants (Spur, Barcello's, News Cafe, Debonair's Pizza, Roman's Pizza, McDonald's, Burger King, Nando's, etc.) is only 200m away. Close by is a Seattle Coffee Shop.
	The apartment is self-catering. Therefore the housekeeping is not included in the price. But for long stays fresh towels and linen plus cleaning can be requested every third day.

	Accommodates up to four adults in the same apartment.
	One child (younger than 10 years) is allowed in the unit free of charge, if he or she can sleep in the same beds.
	An iron and an ironing board can be provided on request.
	The compound is designated for residential purposes only. We and our neighbours do not tolerate any form of noise, parties, events or gatherings. If your intention is any of the afore mentioned, then please book another listing.
	Pets are not allowed in the apartment or compound.
	All apartments in the compound are non-smoking.
